Built in 1910 as the Long Lake Hotel, our historic property has been expertly restored and offers beautiful lakefront views. Host your next event in this elegant setting, which is perfect for weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate gatherings and more.

Long Lake Memories is a short-term rental business that combines the former Long Lake Hotel estate property with various partner services to deliver an exceptional opportunity for making memories related to family events, vacations and corporate gatherings.
Our clients are typically from the Chicago area, Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan. We are a Midwest destination venue given our close proximity to Chicago Midway Airport (53 miles), O’Hare International Airport (75 miles) and South Bend Airport (57 miles).
The historic estate property is approximately 12 minutes from downtown Valparaiso and even closer to grocery, liquor and other store locations.
Quaint, friendly Valparaiso is a destination location for trendy restaurants, entertainment and shopping options. The Indiana Dunes National Park, Indiana Dunes State Park and Lake Michigan are approximately 12 miles to our north.
Our partner services can cover almost everything related to private events for up to 150 guests. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and responsiveness, and we are here to assist with creating long-lasting memories.

The former Long Lake Hotel offers 6,000+ sq. ft. of living space, including two full kitchens, wood-burning fireplace, a dining room seating 20+, outdoor grilling/dining area, multiple patios and spectacular lake views.
Long Lake Memories has a rich history dating back to 1910. Built as the Long Lake Hotel, our residence has been a gathering place for friends and family for over a century.
